The Rev. Scott A. Fleming is an ordained Anglican priest, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Board-Certified Chaplain who has served in pastoral and clinical ministry for nearly two decades. He currently serves as a Spiritual Care Manager at Orlando Health, where he provides leadership in chaplaincy care, supports patients and families in critical moments, and offers guidance in clinical ethics and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Born and raised in Central Florida, Scott’s vocational call was shaped early through personal experiences of trauma and by witnessing the burdens carried by family members serving as first responders, military personnel, and clergy.
